How to roast Brussels Sprouts! These delicious wasabi-honey roasted Brussels sprouts will have you loving Brussel Sprouts!
Fresh brussels sprouts | 1 Pound , rinsed, dried, trimmed as shown in the video | |
Oil | 1 Tablespoon , divided | |
Wasabi powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Honey | 1 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
1.In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, half of oil, wasabi powder, salt and toss well until well coated.
2.Heat a large skillet with remaining oil and add remaining oil.
3.Place sprouts in a single layer and cover the skillet.
4.Allow to cook for 3-5 minutes, stir well and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
5.Drizzle honey and toss well.
