Black Bean Spread

This recipe is so easy to throw together last minute! Its jam packed with flavor and couldnt be easier to make ! Perfect for anything from a cocktail party to a game day appetizer! Enjoy!

Ingredients

Canned black beans 28 Ounce , drained and rinsed
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Garlic cloves 3
Cumin 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Cracked black pepper To Taste
Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
Cilantro 1 Bunch (100 gm)
Wine vinegar 4 Tablespoon
For serving
Baguette/Pita chips 20 , sliced and toasted

Directions

MAKING

1. Using sharp knife, roughly chop the cilantro.

2. In a blender, put together black beans and olive oil, and blend until coarse paste forms.

3. Add in garlic, salt, onion powder, cumin seeds, pepper, cilantro and red wine vinegar and blend it in a mixer or food processor until smooth.

SERVING

4. Transfer the black bean spread in a cute mason jar and serve along with some toasted slices of baguette or pita chips.
