Ingredients

Butter 2 Tablespoon
Flour 3 Tablespoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Pepper 1 Pinch
Nutmeg 1 Pinch
Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Heavy cream 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Dry sherry 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Egg yolks 1 , slightly beaten
Cubed cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cubed cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Shrimp 1 Pound , deveined, peeled and cooked
Pimientos 3 Ounce , drained and chopped
Green pepper 1 , sliced and saut�ed until tender
Patty shells/Toast points / rice 1

Directions

MAKING

1)Choose a medium saucepan.Melt butter.

2)Add the flour and seasoning and mix till blended.

3)Add stock, stirring occasionally

4)Once it comes to boiling poit, let it boil for 2 minutes

5)Pour the heavy cream,sherry and egg yolks

6) Now toss in chicken, ham, shrimp, pimientos, and pepper strips.

7) Ensure it is well heated and blended.

SERVING

8)Add mixture to patty shells,toast points or rice
