Fiesta Shrimp and Rice

Ingredients

Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Instant minced onion 2 Tablespoon
Minced garlic 1/2 Teaspoon
Bay leaf 1
Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Canned mushrooms 4 Ounce , drained (1 Can)
Chicken bouillon cube 1
Water 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)
Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
Canned shrimp 9 Ounce , drained, rinsed (2 Cans, 4 1/2

Directions

MAKING

1) In a saucepan, melt margarine on medium heat.

2) In another pan mix all ingredients except for peas and shrimp. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes until rice is almost done.

3) Add peas and shrimp and simmer for 15 more minutes or until tender.

SERVING

4) Serve the dish hot.
