Spanish Rice with Beef

Ingredients

Beef 1 Pound , ground
Green pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chopped
Onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , finely chopped
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Canned tomato 10 3/4 Ounce (1 Can)
Water 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Rice 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , uncooked (Quickly Cooking)
Worcestershire 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1 Dash (Generous Dash)

Directions

MAKING

1) Into a saucepan, sauté the beef, peppers, onion, garlic until everything becomes tender

2) Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a gentle simmer

3) Reduce the flame, cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes, till the rice is cooked

SERVING

4) Serve onto individual plates
