Spanish Rice With Garlic

Ingredients

Ground beef 1 Pound
Chopped onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped green pepper 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , minced (large clove)
Canned condensed tomato soup 10 3/4 Ounce (1 can)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pre cooked rice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1 Dash

Directions

MAKING

1) In a skillet, saute the ground beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic until the vegetables are tender.

2) Drain off excess fat and stir in rest of the ingredients.

3) Cover, bring to a boil, then cook over a low heat for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender.

SERVING

4) Serve the Spanish Rice, immediately on serving plates.
