Spinach Catalan

Fresh spinach/2 packages frozen spinach 3 Pound
Special oil 2 Tablespoon
Pine nuts 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Seedless raisins 2 Tablespoon



1.Take fresh spinach and cook it for 3 minutes without using water or take frozen spianch and cook it as per the package instruction for 1 minutes lesser than the time given.

2.Once done, strain and cut into fine pieces.

3.In a skillet, heat oil and brown the nuts in it.

4.Put spinach and raisins in the skillet and cook by stirring.


5.Serve warm.
