Homemade Churros -How To Make Churros!

Churros are like homemade cinnamon twists, but more delicious. You won't be able to stop eating these churros once you try them!

Ingredients

Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Butter 5 Tablespoon
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Eggs 2
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Oil 4 Cup (64 tbs) (corn, peanut, canola, light olive, For deep frying)
For coating:
Sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ground cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Heat oil to 350F.

MAKING:

2.Boil water in a pot and add butter, sugar and salt to it.

3.Bring to boil and turn off heat. Add flour and stir well. Transfer to a large bowl and allow to cool.

4.In a small bowl, beat eggs with vanilla extract. Mix the egg mixture with flour mixture in large bowl.

5.Fill piping bag with the mixture and squeeze as shown in the video.

6.Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes (per side).

7.Drain excess oil using paper towels.

8.In a small bowl, mix cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle the mixture over churros when warm.

SERVING:

9.Serve and enjoy!
