Eggs 6
Parmesan cheese 1/2 Pound , grated
Onions 3 , finely chopped
Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
Spaghetti/Fettuccine 1 Pound



1) Into a bowl, beat the eggs till nice and smooth

2) Stir in the cheese

3) Into a frying pan, pour in the oil, saute the onions till soft

4) In the meanwhile, cook the spaghetti

5) Once cooked drain and keep aside

6) Mix the sauteed onions and spaghetti

7) Pour the egg cheese mixture over the spaghetti and stir together with wooden spoons


8) Plate the spaghetti into 4 individual plates and serve immediately, as in the heat of spaghetti the eggs and cheese will melt and get combined
