Spaghetti with Superb Meat Sauce

Ingredients

Beef roast 3 Pound (Round / Chuck / Rump)
Salt 3 Teaspoon
Flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Olive oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
Bay leaves 2
Celery salt 1 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 2 Teaspoon
Crushed red pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Season all 1 Tablespoon
Monosodium glutamate 1/4 Teaspoon
Oregano leaves 1/2 Teaspoon
Basil leaves 1/2 Teaspoon
Parsley flakes 1/2 Teaspoon
Rosemary leaves 1/2 Teaspoon , crushed
Nutmeg 1/8 Teaspoon
Canned tomato paste 24 Ounce (4 Cans Of 6 Ounce Each)
Water 1 Quart
Red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sliced ripe olives 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sliced stuffed olives 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Canned mushrooms 8 Ounce (2 Cans Of 14 Ounce Each)
Anchovy fillets 8 , mashed
Spaghetti 1 1/2 Pound
Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon , grated (Or As Required)

Directions

MAKING

1) Sprinkle the beef roast with salt, then dredge thoroughly with flour.

2) In a Dutch oven, gently brown the roast in olive oil on all sides.

3) Pour in hot water, cover and cook over a low heat for 3 hours, or until the meat falls apart.

4) Tear the meat into small pieces with fork.

5) Add rest of the ingredients, except the spaghetti and cheese.

6) Clover tightly and simmer for another 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

7) Uncover and cook until the sauce thickens to a desired consistency.

8) In a pan, cook the spaghetti as per package directions, drain.

SERVING

9) Ladle the Superb Meat Sauce over spaghetti, top with grated cheese and serve immediately.
