|Courgettes||4 Pound (2 Kilogram, Tiny Size Zucchini)|
|Olive oil||5 Fluid Ounce (150 Milliliter)|
Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling, salted water, following the directions on the packet carefully to avoid overcooking.
While the pasta is cooking, slice the courgettes into thin rounds.
Do not remove the skin.
Fry them in hot olive oil until tender.
When the pasta is cooked, drain it and stir in the courgettes and the olive oil in which they have been fried.
Stir well, add black pepper to taste and serve.
Cheese is not usually added to this dish.
