|Purple onion||2 Small , diced|
|Celery stalks||3 , diced|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm) , chopped finely|
|Frozen broccoli florets||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Beef broth||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Red pepper flakes||1 Pinch|
|Merlot wine||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Wonder flour||13 1/2 Ounce (1 pack)|
|Parmesan cheese||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Spaghetti||500 Gram (1 pack)|
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a saucepan, sauté celery and garlic.
Add onions, broccoli and stir until cooked.
Turn off heat and add red pepper flakes and merlot. Allow to sit for a while.
In a large pot, combine beef stock, pepper, salt and bring to boil.
Add wonder flour and whisk well to thicken the sauce.
Add broccoli mixture and allow to simmer for few minutes or until well combined.
Add pasta and mix well. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and turn off heat.
Serve and enjoy!
