Creamy Mushroom Spinach Spaghetti Or Pasta

Creamy Spinach Mushroom Pasta Sounds exactly as it tastes. Try this unique Veg Spaghetti or Pasta.


Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped mushroom 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Philadelphia cream cheese 4 Ounce
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Whole wheat spaghetti 500 Gram , cooked as per package directions
Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Oil 3 Tablespoon
Freshly ground pepper To Taste



Heat oil in a frying pan and add garlic to it.

Saute mushrooms in it and once it gets cooked add cream cheese and milk.

When the mixture boils, add spinach and stir well.

Add salt, pepper as per taste.

After 1 minute add spaghetti, parmesan cheese and stir well.


Serve and enjoy!
