How to Make Homemade Pasta Cooking Italian with Joe

Ingredients

Unbleached flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Eggs 4 , lightly beaten
Salt To Taste
Olive oil 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. On clean dry surface, place the flour. Make a well in the middle of the flour and pour the egg.

2. Add salt and olive oil into the well. Stir all the ingredients in the well and slowly keep adding the flour. If the dough is wet add flour but in case you find it too dry you may add another egg. Start kneading with your hands, about 3-4 minutes. Set the dough aside to rest.

3. Cut a piece of dough and wrap the remaining with a damp towel to avoid drying.

4. Roll the dough piece and then cut into strips as shown in the video.

5. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until done.

SERVING

6. Serve with sauce and enjoy!

TIPS

For Cooking Pasta:

You will need 1 tablespoon of salt for 1 gallon/4 quarts water
