Dulce de Leche Ice Cream

A can of store bought Dulce de Leche, and some chocolate chips makes some of the best ice cream you'll ever have!


Dulce de leche 300 Milliliter (1 can)
35% cream 1 3/4 Cup (28 tbs) (425 ml (whipping/heavy))
Semi sweet chocolate chips 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)



1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream and Dulce de Leche. Blend well, cover with plastic wrap, and chill thoroughly.

2. Into the ice cream freezer, pour the chilled mixture and follow manufacturer’s directions.

3. Add chocolate chips just a few minutes before the ice cream is done.


4. Serve as soft serve or put in freezer to firm up.
