Energy Soup

Today, we corralled Angela Stokes from downstairs to make us some energy soup.

This raw food recipe is so easy, youll wonder why youve never made it. :-)

Ingredients

Cucumbers 2
Red pepper 1 Teaspoon
Garlic 1
Cilantro 1
Lettuce 1
Baby spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Lettuce 2
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Meyer lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Avocado 1
Seaweed 1 Teaspoon

Directions

Blend all ingredients other than the avocado and seaweed.

Scoop out the avocado and add the seaweed to the blender. Blend well.
