Gluten Free Fresh Tomato Soup

You can make fresh gluten free tomato soup with this recipe. Enjoy this simple to make soup that will be ready in no time. This soup has no gluten. This soup could be made vegetarian if you substitute vegetable stock for the chicken stock that is called for in this recipe.

Ingredients

Fresh tomatoes 2 Pound , roughly chopped
Onion 1 Medium , thinly sliced (white or yellow)
Chicken stock/Vegetable stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Italian blend seasoning 1 Teaspoon
Salt and pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1. In a medium sized pot, place tomato and onion. Pour chicken stock, cover with lid and cook on medium heat for about 25-30 minutes

2. After 25-30 minutes blend soup using immersion blender until smooth.

3. Add salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste.

SERVING

4. Serve and enjoy!
