Fresh tomatoes | 2 Pound , roughly chopped | |
Onion | 1 Medium , thinly sliced (white or yellow) | |
Chicken stock/Vegetable stock | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Italian blend seasoning | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt and pepper | To Taste |
MAKING
1. In a medium sized pot, place tomato and onion. Pour chicken stock, cover with lid and cook on medium heat for about 25-30 minutes
2. After 25-30 minutes blend soup using immersion blender until smooth.
3. Add salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste.
