White Bean and Tomato Soup

Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Garlic cloves 3 , crushed
Tomato puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped
Chicken stock 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Cannellini beans 1 Can (10 oz)
Orzo pasta 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Romano cheese 2 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)



1. In a heavy bottomed stock pot, heat the olive oil.

2. Add the garlic and sauté till it releases flavor and becomes light brown.

3. Add the tomato and season with salt and black pepper.

4. Add in the parsley and simmer for 15 minutes.

5. Pour in the chicken stock and empty the can of Cannellini beans. Bring it to a boil.

6. Add the orzo pasta and turn down the heat a little. Cover and let cook for 15 minutes until pasta is cooked.


7. Garnish with a sprinkle of Romano cheese and chopped parsley and serve right away.
