Hamburger & Potato Soup

Ingredients

Hamburger 1 Pound
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) , chopped
Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Thyme 1 Teaspoon
Potatoes 6 Medium , sliced
Onions 2 Large , sliced
Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Peel and slice potatoes and onions.

2. In a bowl, mix together mushroom soup and water and set aside.

MAKING

3. In non-stick skillet, cook beef and garlic until lightly browned.

4. Stir in pepper and thyme.

5. In greased crockpot, place 1/2 of the potatoes and onions.

6. Place browned beef and top with remaining potatoes and onions

7. Stream the mushroom soup mixture all over the onion potato mixture.

8. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.

SERVING

9. Serve hot with freshly sliced bread if desired.
