Ten-Minute Turkey Noodle Soup

Yes, it's the obvious thing to do. But it's quick and delicious and perfect for a weeknight meal, and a great way to use up multiple leftover items from your Thanksgiving feast.. And did we say quick?


Turkey stock/Low sodium chicken stock 2 Quart
Onion 1 Medium , chop
Carrots 1 Small , chop
Celery 1 Small , chop
Turkey meat 1 Cup (16 tbs) , dice
Mix vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) , cooked, drained
Egg noodles 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Kosher salt 1 Pinch
Dried parsley 1 Pinch
Dill leaf 1/2 Teaspoon



1. In a large pot pour the turkey stock and once it comes to a simmer add the chopped vegetables and let it boil.

2. Reduce the heat add the noodles along with a pinch of kosher salt let it cook for 5 minute and then add dried parsley, dill leaves, mixed vegetables and turkey meat, cook it for further few minutes.


3. Serve the Turkey Noodle Soup hot.
