Cold Garden Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

Beef flavored bouillon cube 1
Hot water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Herb seasoned stuffing mix 6 Tablespoon (1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
Olive oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Tomatoes 3 Medium , coarsely chopped
Celery stalks 4 , finely chopped
Cucumber 1/2 Large , chopped
Onion 1 Small , grated
Lemon 1 , juiced
Steak sauce 1/2 Teaspoon (Commercial)
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Lemon slices 4
Fresh parsley sprigs 3

Directions

MAKING

1) In 1/2 cup hot water add a bouillon cube and allow to dissolve.

2) Add in the next 11 ingredients and stir well.

3) Place a lid over and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

SERVING

4) Garnish with lemon slices and parsley and serve.
