A Couple Minutes With Kelly: Lily's Easy Enhanced Vegetable Soup

Today I'm joined by my daughter Lily, as she does one of her favorite things... cooking!

Ingredients

Canned no chicken noodle soup 28 1/5 Ounce
Vegetables:
Carrot 4 , chopped
Celery 5 , chopped
Green pepper 1 , chopped
Onion 1 , chopped
Scallion 3 , chopped
Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Spices:
Garlic salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Crushed red pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Rosemary 1/2 Teaspoon
Paprika 1/2 Teaspoon
Oregano 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a pot, pour the no chicken soup, add the chopped vegetables and dry spices, simmer for about 15 minutes.

SERVING

4. Serve with your favorite crusty bread.
