Summer Soup

Sunflower oil 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
Spring onions 3 , chopped
Round lettuce 1 , shredded
Chinese leaves 4 Ounce , shredded (100 Gram)
Skimmed milk 1/4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
Yogurt 1/2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
Cardamom seeds 8 , crushed
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Use A Little)
Gomasio/Salt if preferred To Taste
Black pepper To Taste



1.Take a large saucepan, heat oil in it.

2.Add spring onions and fry for 3 minutes.

3.Stir in Chinese leaves and lettuce and cook after covering for 5-8 minutes.

4.Put the mixture in liquidizer and add milk and yogurt to it.

5.Liquidise to make it smooth.

6.Add cardamom seeds and lemon juice.

7.Add seasoning of Gomasio and pepper and refrigerate.


8.Serve cold.
