Fresh Cantaloupe Soup

Ingredients

Cantaloupe 1 Medium , halved (Seeded)
Orange juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Ground cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Lime juice 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1) Scoop the pulp from a cantaloupe.

2) In an electric blender, add the pulp, orange juice, cinnamon, and lime juice.

3) Blend till smooth.

4) Refrigerate before serving.

SERVING

5) Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
