Beefy Bean Soup

Ingredients

Cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs) , coarsely chopped
Onion 1 Medium , chopped to make 1/2 cup
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Canned lima beans 17 Ounce (1 Can)
Condensed bean with bacon soup 11 1/2 Ounce (1 Can)
Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
Canned corned beef 12 Ounce , chilled and diced (1 Can)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a saucepan simmer cabbage and onion in the water, covered, for about 10 minutes or till tender.

2. Combine the un-drained beans, soup, and mustard to the cabbage-onion mixture.

3. Stir in corned beef; heat through but do not boil.

SERVING

4. Arrange the Beefy Bean Soup into individual serving bowl and serve hot with toasted garlic bread.
