Easy Vegetable Noodle Soup Recipe - Fall Soups

Easy Vegetables noodles soup is quick to make and is perfect for a weekday meal. Its healthy and filling. You can use noodles of your choice to prepare this soup.


Noodles 200 Gram (par boiled)
Veg broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Oil 3 Tablespoon
Chopped onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vegetables 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Stir fry seasoning mix 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Seasoning pepper 1 Teaspoon
Cilantro 1 Tablespoon



1. Par boil noodles ( as per package instructions) and set them aside.

2. Cut up all the veggies.

3. Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan and fry some onions. Add veggies. Add seasoning and spices. Mix well. Saute veggies for 3-4 mins.

4. Add veg broth. Bring it to boil and then add noodles. Let the broth simmer.


5. Garnish and serve.
