Diced potatoes | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
Chicken stock | 1 Quart | |
Heavy cream | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste |
MAKING:
In a saucepot, saute leeks in butter.
Add potatoes and simmer for 20-30 minutues.
Add heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
Using an immersion blender, blend soup until smooth.
