Roasted Corn and Sweet Pepper Soup

A super - duper easy soup, which is chunky and smooth.


Roasted corn 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chopped sweet pepper 2 Cup (32 tbs) (2
White onion 1/2 , sliced
Broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Thyme 1/2 Tablespoon



In a saucepan, add in all the ingredients except the roasted corn and simmer for 20 minutes.

Pour the mixture into a blender and add in the corns. Blend at a medium – high speed.


Pour the soup in a serving bowl and garnish with chives. Serve and enjoy.
