Unsalted cashews | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , soaked | |
Curly kale | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Ripe bananas | 2 (fresh or frozen) | |
Chopped pitted dates | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , soaked | |
Alcohol free vanilla extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

MAKING
In a vita mix, add in all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
SERVING
