Green Smoothies are super easy to make and are packed with vitamins and nutrients! This recipes from The Blender Girl is the perfect healthy dessert or snack for the whole family!

Ingredients

Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Probiotic powder 1/2 Teaspoon (Optional)
Unsalted cashews 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , soaked
Curly kale 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ripe bananas 2 (fresh or frozen)
Chopped pitted dates 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , soaked
Alcohol free vanilla extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Ice cubes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Minced ginger 1/2 Teaspoon (Optional)

Directions

MAKING

In a vita mix, add in all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

 

SERVING

Pour the smoothie into a serving glass, and serve.
