Mango and Orange Smoothie by Tarla Dalal

A cool summer drink.The mango orange smoothie is sweet, tangy and totally refreshing.

Ingredients

Mango pulp 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , chilled
Orange juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chilled (readymade)
Fresh curds 4 Tablespoon , chilled
Vanilla ice cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sugar 1 3/4 Tablespoon
For serving
Crushed ice 4 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In blender, add mango pulp, orange juice, sugar, curd, and ice cream. Blend until frothy.

2. Into two individual glasses, place 2 tablespoons of crushed ice and fill them equally with smoothie.

SERVING

3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
