Orange and Strawberry Smoothie by Tarla Dalal

A whopping hit with people of all age groups, fresh strawberries are at the centre-stage as far as this smoothie goes. However, when strawberries are not in season, you can use strawberry crush instead to prepare the orange and strawberry smoothie.


Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chilled (readymade)
Chopped strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chilled
Fresh curd 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chilled
Vanilla ice cream 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
For serving
Crushed ice 4 Tablespoon



1. In blender, combine orange juice, strawberries, curd, ice cream, and sugar. Blend well.

2. Into 2 individual glasses, pour the smoothie and top each with crushed ice.


3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
