You can learn how to make a pineapple smoothie. These make a healthy breakfast that is easy to prepare.


Frozen pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vanilla yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Orange 1 Large , peeled, divided into large chunks
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. In a blender, place pineapple, add yogurt, honey, ice and orange, crush and blend to a smooth texture.


2. Serve with your choice of snacks.
