Pina Colada Smoothie

You can make your own homemade pina colada smoothie. You can find these in many shopping malls all over the US. Typically these are very expensive but you can make your own for so much less. This has just 4 ingredients: ice, yogurt, frozen pineapple, and coconut milk.


Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Frozen pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cream of coconut 2 Tablespoon
Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. Into the blender, add in the ice cubes, frozen pineapple chunks, cream of coconut and plain yogurt. Blend until smooth.


2. Serve chilled and enjoy!
