Peanut Butter, Chocolate Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect after a great workout, to get you going in the morning or through a long afternoon.


Plain greek yogurt 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Banana 1/2 , frozen
Peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
Chocolate milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1. Into a blender, add yogurt, banana, peanut butter, and chocolate milk. Blend well.


2. Pour in a glass, serve and enjoy!


If a thicker consistency is desired add in ice cubes.
