Dr Oz Detox Lunch Smoothie

The Lunch smoothie that's part of the Dr. Oz 3 day detox cleanse contains 5 different vegetables that will replenish your body with healthy nutrition, and give your body vitamins and energy. Blender babe Tarashaun shows you how to make the smoothie using a Blendtec or Vitamix blender so you get to keep all the healthy fiber which will make you feel fuller longer.


Almond milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Pineapple chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cucumber 1 Medium , chopped
Celery stalks 4 , chopped
Kale 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Green apple 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , cored (and halved)
Lime 1/2 Small , peeled
Coconut oil 1 Tablespoon
Ice 2 Cup (32 tbs)



1. In the vitamix combine the almond milk, pineapple chunks, cucumber, celery, kale, green apple, lime, coconut oil and ice.

2. Start off with speed 1 and gradually take it to speed 10, flip it to high.

3. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth to desired consistency, use tamper if needed.


4. Serve the Detox Lunch Smoothie chilled.
