Papaya Banana Smoothie

Learn how to make this delicious fruit smoothies using a Blendtec or Vitamix commercial blender. We prefer to use red grapes for the healthy resveratrol in the the skin, and we leave the seeds in the cantaloupe and papaya for added fiber and plant protein. Fruit can be fresh or frozen, feel free to swap the ingredients in this tropical fruit smoothie for what's in season, it will always be delicious!


Grapes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Watermelon chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cantaloupe 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , sliced
Papaya 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , sliced
Strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Banana 1/2
Ice 2 Cup (32 tbs)



1. In the blendtec combine the grapes, watermelon chunks, cantaloupe, papaya, strawberries, banana and ice.

2. Press the smoothie button on the blendtec.

3. Blend until smooth to desired consistency.


4. Serve the Papaya Banana Smoothie chilled.


If using a vitamix start off with speed 1 and slowly increase to speed 10 and then flip to high.
