Ingredients

Apple juice/Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Strawberry yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Strawberry 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Orange 1/2 Medium , peeled
Pineapple 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chop
Ice 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In the blendtec place the apple juice, strawberries, strawberry yogurt, orange, pineapple and ice.

2. Press the smoothie button on the blendtec.

3. Blend until smooth to desired consistency.

SERVING

4. Serve the Low Calorie Strawberry Smoothie chilled.

NOTE

If using a vitamix start off with speed 1 and slowly increase to speed 10 and then flip to high.

Let it run for 1 minute.
