Learn how to make the Dr. Oz Coconut Chai breakfast smoothie. Filled with spices such as cinnamon which helps your metabolism and blood sugar levels, and also contains flax seeds and other amazing nutritious ingredients.

Ingredients

Coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
Ginger 1 Teaspoon
Plant based protein 2 Tablespoon
Cinnamon powder 1 Teaspoon
All spice 1 Pinch
Flax seeds 1 Tablespoon
Almond butter 1 Tablespoon
Shredded coconut 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In the blendtec combine coconut milk, vanilla extract, ginger, plant based protein, cinnamon, all spice, flax seeds, almond butter, shredded coconut and ice.

2. Switch the vita mix on, set the speed to low and slowly increase the speed to 10.

3. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth consistency.

SERVING

4. Serve the Detox Breakfast Drink chilled.
