Cilantro Green Smoothie

Dr. Oz is very selective when mixing ingredients for his smoothies and juices. He calls this one the Sexy Cilantro smoothie (I'm sure you can guess why). Ingredients

Milk alternative 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Coconut water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Papaya 1 Cup (16 tbs) , cubed
Mango 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , slice
Cilantro 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Dates/Stevia 3 Medium , pitted
Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In the blendtec combine milk alternative, coconut water, papaya, mango, cilantro, dates and ice.

2. Switch the vita mix on set the speed to high.

3. Blend for 45 seconds or until smooth consistency.

SERVING

4. Serve the Cilantro Green Smoothie chilled.
