My Favorite Smoothie - Creamy and Delicious

I'll show you how to make my special healthy delicious refreshing smoothie!


Mango 20 Gram , cubed
Blueberries 20 Gram
Strawberries 2
Berries 20 Gram
Banana 1
Greek non fat yogurt 3 Tablespoon



1. In a blender, add in the mango, blueberry, strawberries, berries and Greek non-fat yogurt. Blend until smooth.


2. Serve the smoothie with pancake.
