California Giant Strawberry and Blueberry breakfast Berry Smoothie & Popsicles

Sometimes you just need breakfast on the go, and this Strawberry and blueberry breakfast smoothie is the perfect solution for those mornings when time is not on your side. The perfect fresh berries are as versatile as they are delicious. By making extra and freezing the remainder, you can swap your smoothie for a Popsicle without the guilt and all the joy of California Giant berries. Ingredients

Strawberries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Blueberries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vanilla yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Banana 1
Rolled oats 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Coconut water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Add the strawberries, blueberries, vanilla yogurt,rolled oats,coconut water and vanilla extract into a blender and blitz until smooth.

SERVING

2. Pour in to a glass for a fruity pick me up and pour the rest into Popsicle molds. Freeze overnight and serve in the morning.
