Ingredients

Pineapple 1 Small , peeled and chop
Parsley bunch 1
Fuji apple 1 , chop
Banana 1
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a vitamix, add the pineapple, parsley, fuji apple, banana and water.

2. Put on the lid and blend well together.

3. Pour into a glass.

SERVING

4. Serve as a healthy smoothie.
