Well it's that time of year again, time to lose my winter fat stacks! I'm already kicking ass with this green monster smoothie and I'm loving every minute of it!!! Well...except for when those sweet craving kick in full force but I'm staying strong!!

I love that this green monster smoothie is loaded with spinach but still tastes sweet! Thank GOD for bananas!!!

Ingredients

Coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (plain/ vanilla)
Greek yogurt 8 Ounce (vanilla greek yogurt)
Ripe banana 1 , frozen
Spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs) , raw (organic)
