Breakfast Fruit Smoothie

This smoothie will give you a fresh start to your day. Make this recipe your own by choosing your favorite fruits to add into the mix.


Orange juice/Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Frozen strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Banana 1
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Greek yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Optional)



1. In blender, add orange juice/milk, strawberries, banana, honey, and yogurt (if using). Blend until smooth.


2. Garnish with strawberry, serve and enjoy!
