Ingredients

Plain yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Banana 1/2
Blackstrap molasses/Honey, after age 1 1/4 Teaspoon
Vanilla 1 Dash

Directions

MAKING

1.Put yogurt, banana, molasses and vanilla in a blender and blend well.

SERVING

2.Serve in a bowl.
