Ingredients

Ripe banana 1
Non fat dry powdered milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vanilla 1/4 Teaspoon
Nutmeg 1 Pinch

Directions

MAKING

1 In a blender, place all the ingredients.

2 Blend well until smooth.

SERVING

3 Pour into glasses and serve
