Strawberry Banana Smoothies

Ingredients

Plain whole milk yogurt 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Silken tofu 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sugar free strawberry jam 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Ripe banana 1/2 Small
Cold water 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Ice cubes 6
Banana extract 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Place yogurt, tofu, jam, banana, water, ice cubes, and banana extract, if using, in a blender. Blend at high speed until very smooth. Serve immediately.
