Ingredients

Ground sunflower seeds 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Raw)
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Bananas 3
Cinnamon/Cardamom 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1) In a bowl, pour water and add sunflower seeds to soak for at least 4 hours or overnight.

MAKING

2) In your food processor, add all ingredients and blend until it turns smooth.

SERVING

3) Serve as a morning smoothie, with your favorite toppings.
