Ingredients

Frozen strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Unsweetened vanilla soymilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vanilla protein powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Water 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a blender combine soy milk, water, and protein powder and blend for 15 seconds.

2. Add in strawberries and blend until creamy and smooth.

SERVING

3. In a serving glass, pour the smoothie and serve fresh.
