Banana Date Smoothie

Dates are high vitamin A and B6, but also in sugar, so just like candy, you dont want to overdose on them (even though dates sugar is obviously natural).

Ingredients

Frozen banana 2 Large
Rice milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dates/Almond milk, soy milk 4 Large , pitted (or cow milk if not vegan)
Orange juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a blender, add frozen banana, rice milk, dates and orange juice.

2. Blend till smooth.

SERVING

3. Serve it chilled.
