Dates are high vitamin A and B6, but also in sugar, so just like candy, you dont want to overdose on them (even though dates sugar is obviously natural).

Dates/Almond milk, soy milk | 4 Large , pitted (or cow milk if not vegan) | |
Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) |
MAKING
1. In a blender, add frozen banana, rice milk, dates and orange juice.
2. Blend till smooth.
SERVING
3. Serve it chilled.
